 Julie McNeill
Upon passing the Massachusetts Bar, I joined the Chelmsford firm Hall, Finnegan, Ahern & Deschenes, which later became Deschenes & Farrell. Now at my own law office, I offer nearly 20 years of experience working with state environmental regulatory agencies -- including five years at the Department of Environmental Protection -- private law firms and government contracting companies. I also interned for a Massachusetts Superior Court judge.
I was born and raised in Everett, Massachusetts, and relocated to Dracut in 1998. My husband, an elementary school teacher, and I have two school-aged children, a daughter and an adopted son from Guatemala. Together, we enjoy biking, being on the water, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
