Attorney Julie McNeillUpon passing the Massachusetts Bar, I joined the Chelmsford firm Hall, Finnegan, Ahern & Deschenes, which later became Deschenes & Farrell. Now at my own law office, I offer nearly 20 years of experience working with state environmental regulatory agencies -- including five years at the Department of Environmental Protection -- private law firms and government contracting companies.  I also interned for a  Massachusetts Superior Court judge.  
 
I  graduated magna cum laude from Massachusetts School of Law, and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Legal Communications summa cum laude from Suffolk University. I have also completed graduate courses in Negotiation and Mediation at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, along with many continuing legal education courses. 
 
I am a member of the North East Builders AssociationNew England Real Estate Investors Association, and Friends of Kevin.   In addition, I have volunteered as an attorney advisor in the Mock Trial Program through the Massachusetts Bar Association 
 
I was born and raised in Everett, Massachusetts, and relocated to Dracut in 1998. My husband, an elementary school teacher, and I have two school-aged children, a daughter and an adopted son from Guatemala. Together, we enjoy biking, being on the water, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
